The Eurocopter AS332 Super Puma is a four-bladed, twin-engine, medium-size utility helicopter marketed for both civil and military use. Originally designed and built by Aérospatiale, it is an enlarged and re-engined version of the original Aérospatiale Puma. The Super Puma first flew on 13 September 1978.

AS332 Models

AS332 L				Medium weight aircraft offering a high level of availability and a proven experience in all types of missions mainly offshore transport and SAR. Powered by two Turbomeca Makila turbine engines, delivering 1,661 shp / 1,240 kW each, the AS332L has operational characteristics and a large cabin which explain its success particularly for passenger transport.
AS332L1				The AS332 L1 is a twin engine medium-weight civil helicopter equipped with a « new avionics » glass cockpit. Its operational characteristics and its large cabin explain its success particularly for passenger transport. The extensive power reserve, its safety level, and comfort make the SUPER PUMA AS332 L1 an aircraft perfectly suited for offshore or other civil operations.
AS332L2				Medium weight aircraft offering a high level of availability and a proven experience in all types of missions mainly offshore transport and SAR. Powered by two Turbomeca Makila 1A2 turbine engines, delivering 1,845 shp / 1,376 kW each and a M.T.O.W of 9,300 kg/ 20,502 lb, the AS332 L2 has operational characteristics and a large cabin which explain its success particularly for passenger transport.
